Three-day Bench Trial Of Complex Construction Lien Case

Following a three-day bench trial of a complex construction lien case, the Circuit Court of Jackson County summarily rejected nearly every defense put forth, and found in favor of the client.  The Court awarded the full amount of the client’s perfected lien, plus interest and attorney’s fees amounting to a verdict of approximately $670,000.
