The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi granted an insurance company and its employees’ motion to dismiss based on the statute of limitations.  The court dismissed the plaintiffs’ class action alleging violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act before allowing discovery.
