U.S. District Court For The Northern District Of Mississippi Granted Tupelo Airport Authority’s Motion

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi granted the Tupelo Airport Authority’s motion for summary judgment in a highly publicized employment discrimination case filed by the Authority’s former Executive Director.  The plaintiff alleged that he had been terminated for engaging in speech protected by the First Amendment and that his termination violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967.
