United States District Court For The Southern District Of Mississippi Granted Defense Motion For Summary Judgment

The United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi granted a defense motion for summary judgment largely because plaintiff’s attorney did not designate an expert during the discovery period, and that the Mississippi Production Liability Act requires expert testimony.  Additionally defense argued that plaintiff provided no evidence of any negligence. Plaintiff’s motion for an extension of time was denied.
