The Mississippi Court of Appeals affirmed a trial court decision granting a summary judgment in favor of a wholesaler who provided allegedly defective Chinese drywall that was used to construct a house. Summary Judgment was obtained in Jones County, Mississippi, in favor of a drywall wholesaler. Plaintiff’s claim involved “Chinese drywall” which had been purchased by their contractor from our Defendant wholesaler. The Court granted summary judgment pursuant to the innocent seller provision of the Mississippi Products Liability Act.
