The Court of Appeals found that our client, a Mississippi city, was immune from a claim arising out of weather conditions which allegedly made a city road unsafe.
Plaintiff alleged First Amendment retaliation claims against her school district. The court granted school district’s motion for summary judgment finding plaintiff presented no evidence the school district had knowledge of the alleged First Amendment speech.
