The Mississippi Court of Appeals affirmed a trial court decision granting a summary judgment in favor of a wholesaler who provided allegedly defective Chinese drywall that was used to construct a house.  The wholesaler was deemed to be an innocent seller pursuant to the Mississippi Product Liability Act.

In December, 2015, Motion for Summary Judgment was granted in favor of Defendant in a premises liability claim where Plaintiff tripped over a dolly sitting in the middle of a grocery store aisle.  The Court held the dolly was not a dangerous condition as a matter of law.

Obtained dismissal of the plaintiff’s claims in a Tennessee proceeding on behalf of a construction company.  The plaintiff alleged that the defendant’s concrete truck had been driven onto her property without her consent, resulting in significant damage to her driveway.
