Effective January 1, 2020, Wilton V. Byars, III (Trey) will serve as President of Daniel Coker Horton & Bell, P.A.  His term will follow the completion of  Roy A. Smith, Jr.’s fourth term as President.  Trey joined the firm in 1992 and he has served in a variety of leadership positions throughout his career.
