Byars Named to the American Board of Trial Advocates

ABOTA requires its members to be responsible for elevating the standards of integrity, honor, ethics, civility, and courtesy in the legal profession.

Wilton V. Byars, III, has been named a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Nomination to this organization is made by the state chapter of the organization after a thorough investigation has been made of the nominee’s trial experience and legal credentials. ABOTA requires its members to be responsible for elevating the standards of integrity, honor, ethics, civility, and courtesy in the legal profession.
