Dismissal Of Sex Discrimination, Hostile Work Environment, Sexual Harassment And Retaliation Claims

Obtained dismissal of a case involving claims of sex discrimination, hostile work environment, sexual harassment and retaliation.  The United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi granted the defendant-employer’s motion for summary judgment, finding that the plaintiff failed to prove that she had been the subject of an adverse employment action, failed to prove that the harassment she claimed to have suffered was sufficiently severe or pervasive to be actionable under Title VII and failed to prove a causal link between her complaint of sex discrimination and the employer’s decision to place her on probation.
