Multi-Million Dollar Prejudgment Interest Award

In proceedings consistent with an Opinion of and Remand from the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, Jack Ables’ insurer clients have received a district court award of over $2.1 million in prejudgment interest owed because of the wrongful refusal of the defendant to pay his seven-figure personal guaranty, given in relation to the settlement of a R.I.C.O. insurance premium fraud litigation earlier brought against the defendant by Ables’ clients.
