Obtained Dismissal in a Fraudulent Inducement And Race Discrimination Suit

Obtained dismissal on behalf of a pipeline construction company in a fraudulent inducement and race discrimination suit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.  Plaintiff alleged that he was promised employment if he traveled hundreds of miles to the worksite but that he upon arrival he was denied employment due to his race.
