Obtained judgment as a matter of law on behalf of a landowner in a premises liability action.  The plaintiff claimed she had slipped and fallen in the defendant’s parking lot, and the landowner argued it had not breached any duty it owed her.  The circuit court granted summary judgment in favor of the landowner.
