Products Liability Claim Brought Against an Asian Manufacturer over a Fire Loss

In a products liability claim brought against an Asian manufacturer over a fire loss, Jackson Ables secured for his client a dismissal with prejudice in the U.S. District Court of  plaintiffs’ claims, at plaintiffs’ cost, on the condition that Ables’ client would not pursue plaintiffs or their non-resident counsel for attorneys’ fees and expenses of litigation. Ables further required plaintiffs to stipulate that the manufacturer he defended had never been adjudicated to be the actual manufacturer of the product plaintiffs had claimed caused the fire.
