Summary Judgment Granted in a Food Poisoning Case For a National Restaurant Chain

Jim Weems and Marcia Stokes Johnson obtained summary judgment in a food poisoning case against a national restaurant chain.  The United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi found that plaintiff filed his complaint two days after the running of the statute of limitations.
