George Abdo Wins Summary Judgment in Professional Liability Action

Plaintiff filed suit against a real estate agent/broker who sold a home to the plaintiff.  Plaintiff alleged that the real estate agent/broker failed to disclose foundation issues and mold issues to the plaintiff.  Plaintiff asserted claims for fraudulent concealment, negligence, gross negligence, and breach of duty of good faith and fair dealing.  The Circuit Court of Madison County granted summary judgment in favor of the real estate agent/broker and dismissed the case.  The real estate agent/broker was represented by George Abdo.
